It is always great to help others. That is what the Pine Bluffs Lions Club does. They are always helping others. The Pine Bluffs Lions Club is help with eye sight and diabetes. Firefighters and EMT's continue medical training for issues that may come up in accidents, shootings, or fires or mother nature, depending on where you reside. Gwendlyn Marie Garcia, 64, of Casper, Wyoming, entered into God's presence on November 18, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. Gwen was born on February 6, 1960, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, to Keith Phillip Schoene and Ruby Jane Atnip. She graduated from Burns High School in 1978 and went on to pursue a degree in Special Education from the University of Wyoming.
